Job duties A. Evaluate distributor sales performance by analyzing monthly sales vs quotas. Review the results with each dealer principal on a routine basis. Make recommendation, if negative.

B. Help set strategy with senior management to achieve or exceed region sales objectives and established quotas.

C. Coordinate sales efforts throughout the region to ensure achievement of sales revenue targets. Maximize promotion of our products through participation in local and regional workshops and symposiums within the region.

D. Actively participates in the development of a yearly sales budget for its area of responsibility.

E. Become proficient in knowledge of our products and their application in surgery.

F. Understand the competition and assist the sales reps in their efforts to sell against their products.

G. Identify and work with distributors who display substandard sales, product and procedural knowledge.

H. Develop and maintain good working relationships with relevant surgeons and nursing staff personnel within the region.

I. Supports other Territory Managers by sharing knowledge, ideas and references. Promotes team spirit and team success especially in his or her local sales region.

J. Support product marketing as directed.
